BILLING

You will be billed for your first box with your purchase when you sign up and your box will be shipped 7days after the initial purchase. Starting with your second box, you will be billed on the 15th of every month and your box will be shipped 7 days after payment.

CANCELATION

 

You can cancel at any time. If you have been billed/ paid for the next box, your cancelation will take effect next cycle. Subscriber must cancel by the 28th of the current month in order to not be charged for the next month. We are unable to modify the billing or shipping dates. 

We do provide gift set options for those who would like to do a one-time buy. No discounts will be combined with subscription boxes.

SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS 

All candles will be shipped ground through FedEx. All orders will be shipped 7 days after purchase. You will receive an email along with the tracking number letting you know when your items will arrive. Once items are shipped, Moore Scents will not be held responsible for delayed items.
